TILE AND GROUT SEALING

Once the floor is freshly cleaned, we recommend sealing the grout lines using a
penetrating sealer that completely fills in the pores of your grout. It creates a barrier of
protection against any future spills, soiling, and discoloration and protects your grout
from dirt, mould, mildew, bacteria. Once the grout sealer is applied, water/oil will bead
up at the surface and dirt can be wiped away. It’s much easier cleaning and maintaining
grout lines that have been properly sealed.

Pre-Inspection

We will inspect the tiles and grout floor to find any problem areas that need attention or special treatment.

Soil Removal

We will remove any debris on the floor by thoroughly vacuuming the area to be cleaned.

Cleaning

Grout Sealing
